Izabella Turowska
She studied at the Faculty of Design at the Academy of Fine Arts in Warsaw. She works as a designer and illustrator as well as a painter and printmaker. She explores the points of contact between reality, nature and man, and is interested in the juxtaposition of human senses and the external world. She uses visual means as a way of recognising and shaping the relationship between man and his environment. She treats the creative process like a kaleidoscope, juxtaposing elements that are always arranged in different but related patterns. She works in the design cooperative TAKŁADNIE and promotes the knowledge and skills necessary for effective management of horizontal organisations using design thinking tools to build soft relationships within the company.
